Sometimes you want a nice serving of pasta when you go camping, starch is king for energy and feeling full, but sometimes you want it just a little different.

Spaghetti is easy to make, easy to pack, and gets really boring after awhile. Today’s recipe offers a small way to liven it up and keep it interesting.

Ingredients:
  • Angel Hair Pasta
  • Olive Oil
  • 1lb Ground Meat
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Taco Sauce
  • Soft Taco Shells – Hard shells work as well, it’s all your preference.
Directions:

I use a dutch oven to make my spaghetti but any pot will do. Boil water, add capful olive oil, noodles, and cook until tender. While the noodles are cooking brown the ground meat in a skillet. Add your seasoning once the meat is done, I drain the grease and mix according to your seasonings directions.

Mix it all together in your dutch oven. Heat the taco shells over the fire. Once they are warm add spaghetti, apply taco sauce and enjoy your spaghetti tacos!
