Rezvani is a Southern Californian coachbuilder who started with an Ariel Atom-based car named Beast, recently made more news with a brand new monster machine.

Rezvani’s Tank that was unveiled last year is a Jeep Wrangler-based, military-spec-“looking” truck. Emphasis on the looks part. It doesn’t actually offer any protection making it possibly the ultimate mall crawler expression vehicle.

The latest edition however goes full Commando. The bodywork appears to be the same as the modified parts bolted on the original Tank except the Rezvani Tank Military Edition wears Level 7 ballistic armor. That means it’s capable of stopping rounds from high-caliber weapons and assault rifles with the battery, radiator, and fuel tank wrapped in Kevlar. The underside of the Tank offers explosive device protection.

Fitted with military grade run-flat tires, the doors handles are electrified and locked with magnetic dead bolts, making this perfect for a zombie apacolypse or simply cruising through your local Starbucks. Blinding lights and an on-board PA system mean you can blind everyone or be party central.

Me I prefer a more understated approach. The Tank can accomodate your undercover desires with the FLIR display and night vision system. It will be hard to remain stealthy when you step on the pedal, though. The Rezvani swapped 500-horsepower 6.4-liter V-8 means you had better be gentle on the go pedal if you want to be a silent stalker. Then again you could opt for the 707-horsepower 6.2-liter supercharged V-8 and simply outrun lifes little problems.

The starting price for all this mayhem is $295,000. Add the Hellcat and you clip $300,000+ territory. All things considered I would rather have this than most supercars.

What’s your take?
